I. General Provisions

1.The online shop www.siestagarden.pl, hereinafter referred to as the "Shop", is operated by Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno-Handlowo Usługowe DOLUX-M Leszek Lubiejewski with its registered office in Lubawa, NIP: 7441128833, REGON: 510813381, BDO: 000308324, EORI: 74411288330000, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller".

2.These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for the use of the Shop, placing orders for products available in the Shop, the fulfilment of orders and the rights and obligations of the Customer and the Seller.

II. Rules of using the Shop

1.A customer of the Shop may be any natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person and an organisational unit without legal personality, to which the law grants legal capacity, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer".

2.The shop allows orders to be placed by 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

3.The customer is obliged to provide truthful data when placing an order.

III. Placing of Orders

1.Orders are placed via the Shop's website.

2.To place an order, the Customer selects products from the Shop's range, adds them to the basket and then proceeds to the order form.

3.Once the order form has been completed and approved, the Customer will receive a confirmation of the order at the e-mail address indicated.

IV. Execution of orders

1.Orders are processed on working days.

2.The lead time is between 1 and 7 working days from receipt of the order confirmation, unless otherwise stated with the product.

3.Delivery time to the customer is between 2 and 4 working days from the moment of dispatch.

4.Delivery of the products takes place in Poland via courier companies.

5.The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the order and is as follows:

-0 kg - 5.99 kg: PLN 14.99

-6 kg - 9.99 kg: PLN 14.99

-10 kg - 13.99 kg: £16.99

-14 kg - 18.99 kg: £16.99

-19 kg - 24.99 kg: PLN 19.99

-25 kg - 30 kg: PLN 19.99

6.For orders weighing more than 30 kg, delivery costs are agreed individually.

7.The seller is not responsible for delays in delivery due to the courier company.

V. Prices and Payment Methods

1.All product prices shown on the Shop website are gross prices, including VAT.

2.The customer can choose from the following payment methods:

- Bank transfer

- Payment by credit/debit card

- Cash on delivery

VI. Right of withdrawal

1.The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason within a period of 14 days after receipt of the product.

2.In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller of his decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by letter or e-mail).

3.The customer may use the model withdrawal form, which is available on the website of the Shop.

4.In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the customer is obliged to return the product immediately, no later than 14 days from the date on which he informs the Seller of his withdrawal from the contract.

5.The costs of returning the product shall be borne by the customer.

VII. Complaints and Guarantee

1.All products available in the Shop are covered by the manufacturer's guarantee.

2.If a product is found to be defective, the customer has the right to make a complaint.

3.Complaints should be submitted to the Seller's e-mail address or by post to the Seller's registered office address.

4.The complaint should contain a description of the defect and the date on which it was found, as well as the Customer's request relating to the complaint.

5.The Seller shall respond to the complaint within 14 days after receipt. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will repair or replace the product with a new one, free from defects, or refund the purchase price.

VIII. Personal Data

1.The administrator of the customers' personal data is the Seller.

2.Personal data is processed for order processing, customer service and marketing purposes, in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Shop website.

IX. Final Provisions

1.These Regulations shall enter into force on [date of entry into force]. and is available on the Shop's website.

2.The Seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. Changes to the regulations will be published on the Shop website.

3.In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
